Instructions for Use
Indications:
This solution is intended for supportive maintenance therapy in cases of fluid loss, electrolyte imbalance, and hypoproteinemia in animals.
Administration:
Important: Read the “Contra-indications and Warnings” section before use.
- Horses: Slow intravenous (IV) injection only.
- Cattle and pigs: Slow intravenous, intraperitoneal, or subcutaneous injection.
- Dogs and cats: Slow intravenous or subcutaneous injection.
Contra-indications and Warnings:
- Do not use in animals with known sensitivity to any of the product’s ingredients.
User Safety Precautions:
- Individuals with known sensitivity to any ingredient should avoid contact with the product.
- In case of accidental self-injection, seek medical attention immediately and inform the doctor of the product’s nature.
General Precautions and Warnings:
- For intravenous administration, use an intravenous set with a filter.
- Administer very slowly—the infusion rate should not exceed 2 ml/kg per hour.
- Maintain aseptic precautions during administration.
Shelf Life and Storage Conditions:
- Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
- Do not freeze.
- Once opened, use within 28 days if stored at a temperature not exceeding 20°C.
- Keep out of reach and sight of children.
- Dispose of any unused product or waste in compliance with national pharmaceutical waste disposal regulations.
